Case Study 1
CLIENT
UK based software vendor.
OBJECTIVE
Geographical business expansion into Australia and selected parts of SE Asia
SOLUTION
The client outsourced the establishment and growth of the business in the APAC region to Strategy Australia. This included identifying and establishing an APAC partner channel, training partners in the use of its software, and managing the channel to build sustainable revenue and profit streams.
RESULTS
The business was successfully established in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia using knowledge of, and contacts in, the key software reseller and OEM partner communities.
Case Study 2
CLIENT
USA based and the world’s largest producer of chemicals and science-based products.
Objective
Establish a distribution channel in Australia for a newly developed building product for commercial and residential use.
Solution
Development and implementation of a search criteria program.
Results
Product distribution was achieved nationally through a network of building materials suppliers. The product went on to become a leading component in the construction of new homes and is used extensively in all homes built in Australia today.
Case Study 3
CLIENT
Singapore Based publisher of an email knowledge management solution.
OBJECTIVE
To identify and meet suitable and potential reseller partners in Australia. Two weeks was all that was available in which to meet this objective ahead of a visit by the company’s executives to Australia.
SOLUTION
Accelerated partner identification and initial contact program was developed and implemented by Strategy Australia.
RESULTS
Potential partners were identified, and Strategy Australia contacted a short-list of candidate companies. The executives visited Australia as planned, and eight individual meetings with potential partners were held in Canberra.

CLIENT
Australian based ASX listed Construction Materials Supplier
Objective
To identify potential technology licensees in the UK for their technology used in road rehabilitation and construction
Solution
A program to identify potential and synergistic technology licensees was developed and implemented by Strategy Australia. Strategy Australia visited the UK for two weeks to interview and assess potential licensees.
Results
A technology licensee was eventually selected and successfully secured. The technology is now used by local councils all over the UK in their road rehabilitation and maintenance programs.
