Objective
Negotiation of an exclusive partnering and distribution agreement for the company’s commercial division with a unique fibre-optic lighting systems manufacturer and the development of a divisional Business Plan for the establishment and growth of the business.
Outcome
The business was successfully established. The fibre-optic lighting business developed into a key business with major customers secured via specifiers and architects in new commercial building developments and refurbishments.
