Client
A European trade development agency wished to undertake a Waste and Waste Management Sector Review to gain a greater understanding of potential export and partnering opportunities.
Objective
The company commissioned Strategy Australia to undertake the project following the submission of a detailed proposal and suggested methodology.
Outcome
The project was successfully completed, and a key output was the inclusion of a ‘Star Rating’ system.
The rating system was used to identify immediate business opportunities down to specific technology areas, as well as those business opportunities that were considered mid to longer-term.
The visualisation allowed the client to quickly see and understand the business opportunities and the underlying rationale.
The results were presented by Strategy Australia to key government officials and other industry members in a publicised webinar.
