CLIENT: Leading desktop and server infrastructure management software company based in the U.K.
The client was successful in the UK, Europe, and the US but had no presence in the APAC Region.
The client wished to expand its operations to the region and commissioned Strategy Australia to identify, develop, and operate a new reseller channel and the Australian business once established.
The project was a major success with key Systems Integrators (SIs) forming part of the new reseller channel. The client realised new sales of approximately $AUD500,000 in the first twelve months, which were achieved by the resellers and thereafter YoY growth.
The client company was eventually acquired by Ivanti, a global security and service management software company based in the US.
