Strategy Australia was requested to help the company identify and develop a sales distribution channel for the company’s new building materials product. The client company had no prior experience in the building sector.
Strategy Australia successfully identified and developed a new distribution channel over a period of six months using its in-depth knowledge of this sector. The product is now used extensively by builders in the construction of new residential dwellings. Australia builds approx. 170,000 new homes per annum.
Strategy Australia also initiated a successful review of the relevant Australian Standards to include the new product and performance specifications. This resulted in widespread adoption of the product by the building industry.
