Our client was established in 1919 and is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge asphalt mixing plants, concrete batching plants and specialist concrete cooling solutions. The solutions are sought after by concrete and asphalt manufacturers and major pavement rehabilitation contractors around the globe.
Objective
To review the market potential for the client’s technical products and identify candidate distribution partners in Australia that could technically scope, sell and support the client’s specialist plant, equipment and services.
Outcome
A major industrial services organisation providing sales, hire, parts, service and engineering solutions to the construction, mining, engineering and trade sectors throughout Australia was secured for our client.
The project included a detailed search of potential distribution partners utilising our significant knowledge of this sector. Shortlisted partners were interviewed by Strategy Australia in a qualification process.
